Daredevil motorcyclist Al “Devil” Dayre appears to die during a rocket-assisted canyon jump but secretly survives. Batman uncovers a protection-money scheme involving Dayre, Mason Frazer and their associates, learning that Dayre joined the fraud because he feared making the dangerous jump. Batman exposes the plot and pursues Dayre in a motorcycle chase that ends with the stuntman crashing through a billboard proclaiming him “the world’s most daring stuntman.”
