Cabeza de Gorgona #1

A bard invokes the Muse to sing of Heracles and of Hera’s schemes against Zeus’s son. On the road to Mycenae, soldiers sent by King Eurystheus ambush the hero; he scatters them bare-handed without killing. Zeus intervenes from the sky, drives the soldiers off, and tells his son to complete the task he has been given. In Mycenae, Eurystheus begs Hera’s pardon; the goddess warns that Heracles comes on the Delphic oracle’s counsel, to serve him. Heracles forces his way into the throne room and presents himself.
