As the sun sets on Barrow, Alaska, stolen cellphones are found burned in a pile, and the town's other means of communication are cut-off. A mysterious stranger is arrested, but escapes by bending the bars, only to be shot by \"Mr. and Mrs. Sherriff\". Vampires have arrived and attack the town.
