A General briefs Colonel Steve Trevor in an unnamed secret government department: to infiltrate Doctor Cyber’s organization, Trevor must publicly “become a traitor.” Trevor agrees, then stages a violent escape, slugging the General to sell the ruse, fighting through PM guards, shattering a window, and sprinting through the parking lot in a near-superhuman run as bullets ricochet. The General privately reflects that his most loyal officer has “become a traitor,” all to draw out Doctor Cyber.
